Celebrate Fall with Homemade Applesauce

Introduce your baby to solids by simmering fall fruits (pears, apples) and vegetables (butternut or acorn squash, pumpkin, carrots) with a ½ cup of water for 20 minutes or until soft and then blend with the emersion blender! Voila! Organic baby food and good for you too. (Don't forget to remove cinnamon stick before blending).
Ingredients:
14 apples
½ cup of water
½ a lemon juiced
1 cinnamon stick
½ tsp salt
¼ cup of organic cane sugar
