We understand that cooking for your new family can be challenging. We encourage eating together and sharing the enjoyment of fresh food in season. Start early by feeding yourself the way you hope your child will eat.
Introducing solids to your new baby can be scary. Remember that their facial expressions don’t mean they DON’T LIKE IT. It’s just a whole new sensation going off in their little mouths.
Once you get the go ahead from your pediatrician, we encourage you to introduce as many different foods as you can (with the exception of honey) before one year of age. When you make it yourself it’s easier to taste it and show your baby how good it is.
Here’s to enjoying culinary adventures with your family.
